چکیده

We present an architectural framework for supporting conformance and interoperability testing among distributed healthcare systems. Healthcare organizations such as hospitals employ information systems that are composed of multiple, distributed applications. These applications need to interoperate seamlessly. This presents a challenging testing problem. We describe in detail a typical healthcare workflow—presenting the applications, their roles, and transactions. We then examine the testing requirements that emanate from the workflow. Next we present a test system and describe how the system can be used to satisfy the testing requirements. Finally, we present a generalized approach based on a service oriented architecture that supports testing of a broad range of healthcare workflows that employ multiple messaging and document data exchange standards. We assert that the proposed testing framework is applicable for a broader class of applications.

Distributed Black-Box Software Testing Using Negative Selection

In the software development process, testing is one of the most human intensive steps. Many researchers try to automate test case generation to reduce the manual labor of this step. Negative selection is a famous algorithm in the field of Artificial Immune System (AIS) and many different applications has been developed using its idea. In this paper we have designed a new algorithm based on nega...

Chapter I The Development , Testing , and Deployment of a Web Services Infrastructure for Distributed

The ultimate effectiveness in terms of quality achievements should be a key concern of systems built from Web services. To this end, in this chapter we focus upon our experiences in the development, testing, and deployment of systems built on Web services to support a variety of distributed healthcare applications. The middleware that underpins these applications—termed SIF for service-oriented...

Healthcare Home Service System Based on Distributed Object Group Framework

This paper suggests a healthcare home service system based on the Distributed Object Group Framework (DOGF) for ubiquitous healthcare in home environment. This system consists of 3 layers. The lower layer includes the physical sensors and devices for healthcare, as a physical layer. The middle layer is the DOGF layer. This framework supports the object grouping service and the real-time service...
